The following mounts are earned by reaching the top 0 5 of the arena ladder in the respective season. Prestige 8 honor level 50. Meaning if all you want is your paladin class hall mount doing it once unlocks it for all your paladins.
To claim your mount first complete the achievement breaching the tomb on the broken shore then head back to your order hall.

Once you do these 2 things you ll get a quest either at deliverance point on the broken shore or at your class hall to actually start the questline for your class mount.
